The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but lacked natural light and seemed a bit worn out. It was quiet being at the end of a long hall on the top floor, which was a plus. The service was friendly and accommodating, with even the trainee being helpful. The location was easy to access, convenient, and close to adventure spots, though I missed it initially. The dining offered a good variety, though the 'sack breakfast' was underwhelming. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The location was great, close to UCSC and within reach of other fun places to visit in the area. Although there were some minor inconveniences like a delayed room readiness, the overall experience was positive and worth the visit.

Upon arrival, the room really smelled like weed, which was quite off-putting at first. However, it was clean, tidy, and very quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel was accommodating with a late check-out request.

The hotel room was quite small, not as clean as expected, and overpriced for what it offered. However, the location overlooking Union Square was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and pleasant, although the issue with the broken boiler was inconvenient for my stay.
